Two new options for seat degassing

Are you already familiar with the Ø6.00 / 20-20 NG degasser ? Is it too long or too short for your needs ? JMP Assemblage is proud to introduce its new degasser for polyurethane moulds. This new product, the Event Pilot Grenade Ø6.00 NG degasser, has been designed with two configuration options to better meet customer requirements :

• 6 facets, 0.20 mm deep
• 4 facets, 0.20 mm deep

The Event Pilot Grenade Ø6.00 NG degasser retains the features of the Event Pilot Grenade Ø6.00 / 20-20 NG, while offering new possibilities.

Depending on the fluidity of the injected liquid, degassing requirements may vary. During foam injection into moulds, additional degassing may be needed, achievable through deeper facets that increase degassing capacity. On this new degasser for polyurethane moulds, the facets are one-tenth of a millimetre deeper. This new product allows foam equipment manufacturers to eliminate design defects : avoid air bubble formation with JMP Assemblage’s new degasser.
