Who we are

The company was founded in 1989 by Mr. Jean-Marie Pfisterer. A former executive in a subcontracting company for the aircraft industry, he decided to start his own business. He has a CAP (French vocational training certificate) as a fitter and toolmaker and started his activity by supplying black box locks, with his former company as a customer. As soon as he opened, he already had orders for 2 years.

Mr. Pfisterer developed the company by offering a degasser system that he had developed. His customers, companies manufacturing foam for seating, can thus benefit from high-quality seating. This degassing system makes it possible to degas moulds and thus avoid defects. Before this action was taken, 90% of the seats had gas-related defects. The gas creates air bubbles in the foam. Once the system is implemented, the trend is reversed.

His son, Cyril Pfisterer, joined the company as a partner in 2000.
