At the request of its customers and to meet their specific needs, JMP Assemblage has developed a cylinder equipped with a 20 mm thread. This doubling in length allows the cylinder to be perfectly screwed in at all points of the mould, including the thickest areas.
The 10 mm thread, which was sufficient to reach the bottom of the mould in most areas, is no longer suitable where the mould thickness increases. This is particularly the case in the corners of the mould. The Ø12.00 cylinder degassers, featuring a 20 mm bushing thread, enhance the manufacturer’s range for foam equipment manufacturers. The entire injection process is simplified thanks to this new thread length.
